Yoga Question & Answer: “How Can We Best Approach Fear of Particular Asanas?”

This week’s question is: “I find Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) pretty intimidating for me. Would you recommend trying to ‘muscle through’ that fear or do you think it is better to honor it…?”
